Pakistani cricketers are coming to grace the $12^{th}$ season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) after receiving the green light from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). On Wednesday, the PCB issued No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to $10$ cricketers allowing them to play in the BPL. However, according to the condition, they have only been permitted to play in the franchise league until January $23$.
The most talked-about name on this NOC list is wicketkeeper-batter Haider Ali. The PCB had temporarily suspended him after he was accused in a rape case last September. However, his career received a relief when the Greater Manchester Police dismissed the case on September $25$ due to a lack of sufficient evidence.
With the PCB lifting the ban, there is no longer any obstacle for this star to play in the BPL. The BPL’s newly-formed franchise, Noakhali Express, has signed Haider Ali for $25,000 from the auction.
Apart from Haider Ali, cricketers such as Mohammad Nawaz, Abrar Ahmed, Sahibzada Farhan, Faheem Ashraf, Hussain Talat, Khawaja Nafay, and Mohammad Ihsanullah are also arriving to participate in the BPL.
