Qawmi Education Board thanks Asif Nazrul for the marriage registrar certification using the Dawra-e-Hadith degree.

Al-Haiatul Ulaya Lil-Jami’atil Qawmia Bangladesh has expressed heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Asif Nazrul, Advisor to the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, for incorporating the Dawra-e-Hadith certificate granted by Al-Haiatul Ulaya as a qualification for obtaining a Nikah (Marriage) Registrar license.

This gratitude was conveyed in a notification signed by Mu. Osiur Rahman, Office Manager of Haiatul Ulaya, today, Wednesday (December $10$).

The notification stated that this achievement was made possible through the initiative and efforts of Religious Advisor Dr. A F M Khalid Hossain, following the application by Al-Haiatul Ulaya.

The notification further mentioned:

“This is an important step towards making the standard of the Dawra-e-Hadith certificate effective. We hope that, in accordance with the application of Al-Haiatul Ulaya, the Ministry of Education will take necessary steps to provide authentication of the Dawra-e-Hadith graduates’ certificates by the Ministry of Education and authentication via the Apostille method on the MyGov platform. We also hope that prompt measures will be taken to create opportunities for Dawra-e-Hadith certificate holders to serve the country and pursue higher education.”
