NCP candidate announced for Khaleda Zia’s constituency.

The National Citizens Party (NCP) has announced the initial names of candidates for 125 constituencies ahead of the 13th National Parliament Election.

Among these, the party’s District Convenor, A H M Shamsul Muktadir, received the NCP’s nomination for the Dinajpur-3 constituency. The BNP has announced Khaleda Zia’s name for the same constituency.

The nomination was announced by Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain at a press conference held at the party’s temporary office in Bangla Motor, the capital, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday (December 10). The candidate of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami for this constituency, which is Khaleda Zia’s seat, is Advocate Moinul Alam.

Although previously, NCP Chief Coordinator Nasirruddin Patwari had said that the party would not field a candidate in Khaleda Zia’s constituency.
