An air ambulance has landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) to transfer Sharif Osman Hadi, the spokesperson of the Inqilab Moncho and a potential independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency, to Singapore for advanced medical treatment.

The executive director of HSIA, S M Ragib Samad, confirmed that the air ambulance, operated by Osprey Aviation, landed at the airport at 11:22 AM on Monday (December 15).
He stated that the air ambulance is scheduled to depart Shahjalal for Singapore at 1:30 PM with Hadi on board.
Background
Sharif Osman Hadi was injured after being shot by assailants in the Bijoynagar area of the capital on December 12. He was initially admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and later transferred to Evercare Hospital due to the severity of his injuries. The government is covering the expenses for his transfer via air ambulance to Singapore for specialized treatment.
