This recipe is simple, fast, and features fried mushrooms and spinach.
Ingredients and Preparation Method
| Ingredient | Quantity |
| Mushrooms (Canned) | 1 can |
| Oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Garlic | 4 cloves |
| Roasted Chili Powder (Vaja Moricher Gura) | ½ teaspoon |
| Black Pepper Powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Salt | To taste |
| Spinach | 1 bunch (Gocha) |
| Dried Red Chilies | A few (Optional, for added spice) |
Cut the mushrooms in half.
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a pan and heat it up.
Once the oil is hot, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic.
Now, add the cut mushrooms.
Add half of the roasted chili powder, half of the black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
Stir-fry the mushrooms over high heat (Chara Anche) and remove them from the pan.
In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add the remaining 2 cloves of chopped garlic and the dried red chilies (if using) to the hot oil.
Now, add the spinach leaves.
Continue frying the spinach over high heat.
Sprinkle the remaining black pepper powder and chili powder.
Sprinkle a little salt, stir, and remove the spinach from the pan.
First, spread the fried spinach onto a serving dish.
Pour the fried mushrooms over the spinach, arrange nicely, and serve hot.
