CHATTOGRAM, BANGLADESH — Chittagong University (CU) has published the official notice for its first-year undergraduate (Honours) admissions test for the 2025-2026 academic session. The university administration announced the core schedule and application requirements this weekend.

The online application window will open in December:

The application fee is set at Tk 1,000 (including processing charges) for each unit or sub-unit applied for.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following general academic requirements to be eligible to apply:
They must have passed their SSC, Dakhil, or equivalent examinations in 2022 or 2023.
They must have passed their HSC, Alim, or equivalent examinations in 2024 or 2025.
Furthermore, applicants must satisfy the specific minimum GPA requirements detailed in the official guidelines for their chosen unit.
Exam Logistics and Centers
To accommodate the large volume of applicants, the university has expanded its examination strategy. The admission test will be held simultaneously in three major divisional cities:
Chattogram (CU Campus)
Dhaka
Rajshahi
However, specialized tests for the B1, B2, and D1 sub-units will be held exclusively at the Chittagong University campus.
