ECNEC Approves 22 Projects Worth Tk 46,420 Crore

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved 22 development projects with a total estimated cost of BDT 46,420 crore. The approval came during a meeting chaired by the Chief Adviser.

Out of the total cost, a significant portion will be funded by the government, while the remainder will be sourced from foreign aid and the implementing agencies’ own funds. The approved projects cover various sectors, including infrastructure development, energy, agriculture, and digital transformation, aimed at boosting the national economy.
