Bangladesh-China friendship strengthened further: CA

On the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bangladesh and China, Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus exchanged congratulatory messages on Saturday, reaffirming the strong and lasting partnership between their countries.In his message, Prof Yunus highlighted that over the past five decades, the friendship between the people of Bangladesh and China has deepened, and bilateral cooperation has achieved significant and praiseworthy results.

He stressed Bangladesh’s continued commitment to strengthening the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and reaching new heights in collaboration.

Premier Li Qiang emphasized China’s high regard for its relationship with Bangladesh and welcomed the anniversary as an opportunity to enhance cooperation through the Belt and Road Initiative and other fields.

He reiterated China’s willingness to work with Bangladesh to further advance the steady growth of their strategic partnership, promoting mutual trust, development, and people-to-people connections.
